[Tour Guideline and Requests/Notes to Audience Members]

Please read before applying for and purchasing tickets.

This tour will be held in accordance with countermeasures adopted by the Japanese government, the local authorities of each tour destination, and the venue of each concert, as well as the “Guideline for Preventing the Spreading of the Novel Coronavirus at Musical Concerts”.
The capacity of each concert will be set individually for each venue based on the requests of the venue and the local authorities of each tour destination.

Please bear in mind that concert capacities and operation rules are subject to change if necessary according to guideline changes announced by the Japanese government and local authorities of each tour destination.

While prevention measures will be implemented thoroughly, we ask those who are concerned about all infections including the novel coronavirus to refrain from purchasing tickets for or attending this tour. Please bear in mind that the organizers will not bear any responsibility for any kinds of risks including infection, as well as any kinds of economic damage.

Those who apply to the following conditions on the day of each concert will not be allowed to attend. Tickets will not be refunded in this case.

  • Those who have a fever of 37.5℃ and above before heading to the venue or upon being checked at the entrance
  • Those who have symptoms such as coughing, breathing issues, severe fatigue, sore throat, taste/smell disorder, conjunctivitis, headaches, diarrhea, nausea/vomiting, and other conditions
  • Those who have either tested positive for the novel coronavirus within two weeks prior to the day of the concert, or have received orders for self-quarantine
  • Those who have either been in close contact with someone who has tested positive for the novel coronavirus within two weeks prior to the day of the concert, or have cohabiting family members or close acquaintances who are suspected of being infected
  • Those who have either visited countries/regions with entry restrictions or observation periods after entrance implemented by the Japanese government, or have come into close contact with residents of such countries/regions, within two weeks prior to the day of the concert

We ask those who are either prone to sever symptoms if infected (eg: those who are elderly, have chronic diseases, are pregnant, etc), or living with such people, to apply for/purchase tickets with caution.

If your health declines or you feel ill while at the venue, please consult nearby staff members immediately.

Face masks are mandatory at the venue
You must wear a face mask at the venue. We will deny entry to those without face masks.
Please bring your own face masks.

Please sanitize and wash your hands whenever appropriate
Alcohol-based hand sanitizers will be placed at the entrance of and inside the venue, so please sanitize your hands.
We also request your cooperation with proper coughing manners and thorough hand washing.

We will be taking your temperature upon entrance
Upon entrance, staff will be taking your temperature using non-contact thermometers. We will deny entry to those who either are proven to have a fever of 37.5℃ and above upon being checked, or refuse to have their temperature checked. Tickets will not be refunded in this case.
If you are drunk when having your temperature taken, the results might be inaccurate, so please refrain from drinking prior to attendance.

Regarding e-tickets
Upon entrance, please handle the e-ticket on your smartphone by yourself under the staff’s instruction.
We will be appropriately handling contact information of each ticket’s applicant and registered companions, gathered from membership information, in order to trace infection routes in the event that infections occur, and submit to health centers and other public institutions.

Request of installation of COVID-19 Contact-Confirming Application (COCOA)
Please install the COVID-19 Contact-Confirming Application (COCOA) on the smartphone containing your e-ticket, as well as the smartphones of your companions, and use it appropriately.

Additionally, please cooperate with registration to coronavirus tracing systems and other services provided by the local authorities of each tour destination.

Regarding seats
Seats will be placed differently (eg: checkerboard patterns, group distancing, no distancing even between different groups if possible, etc) for each concert with consideration to the regulations of each tour destination, as well as other factors.
Please also bear in mind that depending on the structure of the venue or the number of people in a group, members of the same group may be seated across aisles or in different rows.
Additionally, please bear in mind that depending on future situations regarding the regulations of each tour destination, the capacity of each venue, etc, we may request standing (positions assigned using numbers) in the arena floor.

Please refrain from raising your voice during the concert
Cheering, whistling, and singing along during the concert is prohibited. Please also refrain from talking loudly.
Clapping, applauding, raising your hands, etc, are allowed.

Dangerous actions (eg: moshing, diving, crowd surfing, etc) are prohibited
Dangerous actions such as moshing, diving, crowd surfing, etc, are prohibited. Please refrain from such actions in order to avoid infection as well. Additionally, we will also prohibit physical contact (eg: high-fives, etc) between audience members.

Prevention of close contact
Regarding entrance time, we will be setting intervals for entrance based on the ticket number displayed on your e-ticket, so please enter at your designated time as much as possible. You will be notified with details in the future.
When lining up at the venue, we will be distancing audience members from each other.
At the venue, if any situations with a high risk of infection (eg: audience members coming into close contact, etc) are observed, staff members may request suitable distancing. Please cooperate under such situations.
Waiting at the door for the performers to enter or exit the venue is prohibited.
We will refuse gifts for the performers. We will also refuse to receive banners, etc.

Regarding regulated exiting
After the concert, exiting will be regulated in order to avoid crowds. Staff will be leading you to the exit, so please wait in your seat (or at your designated standing position).

If you are unduly intoxicated, act in disorderly conduct or fail to follow instructions from staffs, you may be asked to leave the venue and there will be no refund made for the tickets.

[Countermeasures Against Infection at the Venue]

All staff members, personnel, and performers will take thorough care of their health, and have their temperature and condition checked upon entrance. Anybody with a fever or other health problems will go off duty.

All staff members, personnel, and performers will be wearing face masks at all times (except performers during the actual concert). Additionally, face shields, gloves, etc will also be used whenever necessary. Thorough hand sanitization will also be done whenever appropriate.

Spots in the venue that will be frequently touched will be patrolled at all times for cleaning and sanitizing.

Whenever an incident of any kind takes place, we will immediately contact health centers and other relevant health authorities or nearby medical institutions to swiftly take measures to secure the health and safety of the performers and staff.
