Update on Rescheduling of RADWIMPS Shows and Refund of Tickets

“RADWIMPS こんにちは日本 〜KONNICHIWA NIPPON〜 TOUR 2020” shows postponed due to the outbreak of COVID-19 will be rescheduled after next spring because the situation of the pandemic makes us extremely difficult to safely organize a tour of this size in the foreseeable future. In the meantime, we continue to work on rescheduling the dates and keep you updated along the way, but we may have to cancel our shows in part or in whole or change the venues of our shows.

With no rescheduled dates announced yet, a full refund of tickets purchased will be available from 10 am, Saturday, July 18 to midnight Friday, July 31.

Once your refund is processed, your ticket will be invalid for any rescheduled show. For those who wish to get a refund after the rescheduled dates are fixed, we kindly ask you to wait until the rescheduled dates or the cancellations are announced.

We have been working on rescheduling our shows postponed due to the outbreak of COVID-19, but we are still unable to fix the new dates for any of our shows as of April 27, 2020.

We keep on working and will get back to you as quickly as we can, but it seems it may take some more time before we can announce either the rescheduled dates for or the cancellations of our shows.

So, for those who wish to get a refund now, applications for a full refund of tickets purchased will be accepted from 10AM(JST) Friday, May 8, 2020 to midnight Sunday, May 17, 2020. Instructions on refund are different for RADWIMPS TICKET, LINE Ticket, and e-Plus. We will give you more detail on the instructions on refund for each point of purchase soon and before the application starts.

Our message on postponing the upcoming shows in Tokyo

Due to the ongoing outbreak of the coronavirus disease, we have decided to postpone the upcoming “RADWIMPS こんにちは日本 〜KONNICHIWA NIPPON〜 TOUR 2020” at Tokyo Dome, which was originally set to take place in May 23rd and 24th. We truly apologize to our fans who were looking forward to our performance. We are currently trying as much as possible to reschedule the dates, but we also want our fans to understand that we may have to cancel these shows. We will announce the new dates or cancellations as soon as we make those decisions.

Your tickets will remain valid for the postponed shows. If you are unable to attend the new date or decide not to attend, you are entitled to a refund. We want to ask for patience from our fans while we are working through the rescheduling process and we hope to give you update as soon as possible.
Please also note that due to these postponements, matching system(resale) at RADWIMPS TICKET and official ticket resale service at LINE TICKET will be cancelled.

We will announce the new dates or cancellations as soon as we make those decisions.

Postponement of RADWIMPS’ shows in Osaka (March 20th & 21st)

Due to the outbreak of coronavirus infection, we have decided to postpone Osaka shows of “RADWIMPS こんにちは日本 〜KONNICHIWA NIPPON〜 TOUR 2020” which were scheduled on March 20th and 21st.

We deeply apologize for those who were looking forward to participating this shows.

Although, we are searching for alternative dates at this moment, please understand that the shows may be canceled if the alternative dates cannot be set. Further announcement will be made once the alternative show dates or cancelation has been confirmed.
The tickets will be remain valid for alternative show dates. Tickets can be refunded for those who will not be able to participate the shows on alternative dates.
We ask for your kind understanding that further announcement will be made as soon as possible.

Currently, Fukuoka and subsequent shows are expected to hold as scheduled but we will be making proper judgments of each show with taking the latest situation into account.

The production and shipment of products manufactured in China has been delaying due to the outbreak of coronavirus infection.

Currently, there is an outbreak of coronavirus infection in Japan. In this circumstance, we will continue collecting accurate information from Japanese government and other related organizations as well as pay close attention and do our best to prevent this infection and expecting to hold the tour “RADWIMPS こんにちは日本　～KONNICHIWA NIPPON～　TOUR 2020” which will be starting from March.
To those who will be participating the tour, we kindly ask for your cooperation to wash your hands and cover your mouth and nose to prevent the infection. In addition, since the situation is changing every day, we also ask for your kind understanding that we will be making proper judgments of the tour and each show with taking the latest situation into account.
