Age restrictions

• * 1F Standing ／ 2F Seated ／ 2F Standing Area (Back)

  Children in elementary school and younger are not permitted; tickets required for children in middle school and older. (as of the day of show)

• * 2F Family Seats

  Children under 3 years old are not permitted; limited to families with children from 4 years old to elementary school age as of the day of show.

• * You can purchase up to 2 tickets per person.

• * Drink charge (¥600) will be collected at the door.

Tickets and admission to these shows are only available to Bokunchi Members.

If you're purchasing 2 tickets, your companion must also be a Bokunchi member.

• * Bokunchi paid membership is required to purchase tickets.

• * Be sure to log in to RADWIMPS TICKET with the e-mail address used to register for Bokunchi membership.

• * Please specify and register your companions when applying for tickets. Changes cannot be made after the registration deadline.

• * Only digital tickets are available. Both the applicant and companions must have a smartphone capable of SMS verification.

• * For 2F Family Seasts, children (4 years old to elementary school age) are allowed to enter without membership and/or a smart phone. However, you must register your companion’s name and date of birth in advance. Additionally, your companion will be asked to identity and verify their age upon entry. Be sure to bring a document that verifies their age—such as a My Number Card, passport, student ID, or a copy of their certificate of residence—on the day of show.

• * The doors and show times are subject to change. Please note that tickets will not be refunded in case of time change.

• * Seating across the aisle or in front or behind may be unavoidable due to the structure of the venue.

• * Due to the limited space available, customers attending in wheelchairs are requested to contact the respective show inquiry after purchasing the tickets.

• * Resale of tickets is strictly prohibited. Resold tickets will become invalid and you will not be allowed to enter the venue.

• * Tickets for these show will be “specified tickets” subject to the “Act on the Prohibition of Unauthorized Resale of Tickets”.

• * No refunds will be made under any circumstances, except in the case of postponement or cancellation.

• * Ticket resales will be held approximately 10 days prior to each show. However, please note that the number of tickets for sale that are eligible for transfer may be limited. Details will be announced at a later date.

• * Please note that videos and photos of the event, including the audience, may be made public through social posts, etc.

• * Please be sure to read the precautions for application and purchase on each ticket acceptance on the website.

• * Please read the above precautions and apply for tickets only after you understand and agree to them.

• Resale Service

  “Resale system” is an official system to match those who wish to sell the tickets to those who wish to purchase the tickets at the original fixed price.

  However, this system does not guarantee the match as it takes the lottery system. If there is no match found, the tickets remain with the original owner.

  * If you already have the tickets for the same show from any other application, you may not apply for ticket here.

  * For the refund after the match is made, you are required to have a Japanese bank account or use ATM cash receipt service. Ticket information center is not able to provide any assistance on opening the bank account or ATM cash receipt service.
